Love & Hip Hop Hollywood is turning out to be a 'ghetto glamor' series where 'over-made-up' women act a fool before the world. Monday's September 29 Episode 3 confirmed it for viewers.
Who ARE these people? And WHY are they on TV? Because we like watching them. The line between censorship and free speech must really be blurred. In fact, the "free-speech" argument is overused to the point of abuse, for the sake of "dumping" vulgarity and garbage into the viewing public.
The absolute cruelty in the performance of women against women (over a man) is an embarrassment, not just to women, but to the human race. I mean, who wants to see that ALL the time?
Well... unfortunately everybody wants to see it. It's the "draw" of the forbidden fruit.
It's like eating junk food; you know too much of it will eventually make you sick, but you continue eating it because "it tastes good."

The same rule applies to mental and emotional "food" if you will. We need "good" stimulation in order to remain stable and well-functioning people.
Watching intense cat fights and verbal onslaughts, always between women (two or three times week) wakes up the same emotions in viewers; soon, we find ourselves behaving the same way, with no pause.
We willingly consume so much garbage that we develop an "appetite" for it and garbage becomes the substance we prefer.
Really? Is THIS how you "really" live? Is this the type of freedom your money bought?
Beautiful women clawing and scratching at each other out of jealousy and envy, each hoping for the "big break" into music and movies
Sisters...What is beauty?
Beauty is "who" and "what" you are without the generic camouflage of makeup and prepared poise. Beauty is spontaneous; it's naturally ingrained into the one's essence.
Beauty is NOT grown and maintained in Hollywood.
Sadly, women "buy" artificial beauty FOR Hollywood.
Sure. You can go "under the knife" to pull up an eyelid, stretch the skin to give the appearance of youth, have false breasts and buttocks implanted and rework your nose and lips.
However, that's not beauty. That's you marketing (yourself) to the industry in which you want to become or remain a viable force.
Hollywood uses your youth to appeal to youth; once you surpass the required "youthful" years, the industry you worked so hard to remain a part of, casts you aside like an old worn-out shoe.
So, you go under the knife to "lift" your breast and hips, to give the 20-year-old appearance. It's a sad commentary, but true nonetheless. Inevitably, you still get "cast" aside; that's the "reality".
So-called physical beauty is temporary if that's all you have. However, when beauty is ingrained into your essence, you age "like a fine wine."
It's depressing to see women against women, fighting, struggling, and pulling at each other for the "top" spot. And the bad news is: once you set yourself out there like that, there IS no top spot for you (a weekly spot of ghetto glamour is the temporary "spot" you created for yourself).
Such a pity too.
Women suffered through too much to win the right to be respected as individuals. Now that we have "equal rights", we use our TV access to tell a global audience that we really don't "qualify" for it after all.
But I digress.
Anyway...
What we can truly say about Love & Hip Hop Hollywood is there's never a shortage of garbage; and you can wash it down with a routine "drink-dousing," as enraged women throw drinks at each other.
Lastly, there seems to be a trend...each week you can look forward to perpetual yelling and screaming of the term "bitch".
The dictionary defines the term "bitch" as...
The first definition is:
"the female of the dog or some other carnivorous animal..."------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is it true Ray Jay was Whitney's runner boy?
ReplyDeleteI don't know. That's what the rumor is. But we know how damaging rumors can be, especially when they're not true. The only person who can answer that is Whitney and Ray Jay. Whitney can't answer; and Ray Jay probably won't.
