Sisters Staying Young

Every woman wants to keep her youthful appearance.

We want to keep everything from dewy skin, bright eyes and teeth, tiny waistline to the swing in your hips.

It's not easy being us, especially with so much temptation to choose from.

Donuts, cakes, and pies; chocolate, pasta, pizza, and burgers; cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, and cannabis.

As women, ours is a more tedious journey, in terms of staying young or aging gracefully, and what we have to do to accomplish it.

This section focuses on thinking and staying young.

Thinking young means you have a "youthful attitude."  So, just what is a youthful attitude?  We may not know what it IS, but we DO know a youthful attitude isn't wearing biker shorts or roller skating at age 50.

No.  Thinking young means you're not looking forward to needing a walker to get around or to have a lot of physical ailments at a certain age.

Society is programmed to think "old" after reaching a particular age.

We want to "re-program" ourselves to think wellness, wholeness, energetic, and happy thoughts. Women are fragile creatures; therefore, we need to be mentally and emotionally strong.

"Thinking young" is easy, after a while of implementing a few changes.

Stay tuned to find out what to do to help you recapture your youthful frame of mind.
